It is with great surprise and sadness to hear of the proposed closure of the Club later on this year!!

It is with great sadness I read on this site about the proposed closure of this wonderful club. It would appear to be happening every 2/3 years in particular with clubs attached to Churches. From past experience, it has been noted that once a club is shut down and, regardless of new activities introduced, people tend never to return to the venue. The Church is possibly losing out on many people's involvement and attendance whether to the Church attached or the club for whatever is on offer.

Our Dinner & Social, held at St. Augustine's on Wednesday 10th September, was a tremendous success on all counts. Our guests were particularily impressed with both the service provided by Agincourt Catering and the professional service afforded to us by the management and staff of St. Augustine's.
